1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BlueColr (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
BlueColr is a platform that connects users seeking skilled artisans and service providers with professionals in their area. The App facilitates discovery, communication, and service engagement between users.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
BlueColr has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Any user found posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content, or engaging in harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind, will have their content removed and their account permanently suspended.
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Post objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Collect user data without consent
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly from any profile in the App. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Offending content is removed immediately and the responsible account is suspended or terminated at our discretion.
5. Service Listings
Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including skills, location, pricing, and availability. BlueColr does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers.
6. Payments & Promotions
Promoted listings and in-app purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All payments are final unless otherwise specified. BlueColr is not responsible for disputes between users regarding payment for services rendered.
7. Location Services
The App uses location data to connect users with nearby service providers. You may control location sharing through your device and app settings. We employ security measures to detect and prevent location spoofing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are the property of BlueColr or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
BlueColr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
